Welcome your child to the family with a personalised adoption ceremony.
It’s a wonderful thing to welcome a new child in to the family and celebrate the journey you have all been through. Let’s create that celebration together from scratch – no rules, no right or wrong, but perfect for you!
What We Provide
Adoption ceremony costs:
For an adoption ceremony within an hour’s travelling time from my home I charge £300 which includes a £100 non-refundable booking fee. Further travel or equipment (e.g. sand ceremony kits etc) will incur further reasonable costs, but we can discuss and agree these.
When considering your options, it is worth noting that this price is less than booking a registrar to come to your venue.
The price covers:
• A guaranteed booking of your celebration day. The whole day is booked out to you so there is no pressure to have to rush things on the day.
• A meeting of about an hour, where we discuss what you would like included in your ceremony.
• A unique Adoption Ceremony script, written by me with input from you, to welcome your new child in to the family. This will be sent to you for your approval or amendment.
• Help writing Guardian promises, if you so wish.
• Advice on readings, rituals and other aspects of the service.
• My delivery of your ceremony on the day.
• A personalised adoption certificate and presentation script, if you would like one.
